Q: Why
CSmart?
A: This is a
question that is asked everyday “Why should I buy from CSmart
rather
than the internet?” The answer is quite simple; you get what
you pay
for. If you decide to buy a stick of memory from the internet, it is
true that you may find it at a cheaper price, but it is also true that
you will find that stick comes with a cost unknown to many internet
buyers. If that stick of memory that you purchased from the internet to
save yourself $10.00 should fail at any time, you will more than likely
find yourself in a situation where that stick of memory only had a 30
day warranty. Even if you still have the warranty, you will have to
call some third-party company off in another country, deal with the
language barrier after you have already talked to the computer to press
1, 4, and thirty other numbers. After spending hours on the phone you
finally receive verification to send the memory back, but
don’t worry,
you will receive a replacement stick in 8 to 10 weeks! Another example,
if you decide to purchase a computer from the internet you will have to
wait 10 to 20 days in order to receive your computer, and if anything
were to go wrong with that computer you will have to box it back up,
and send it back to the manufacturer!
This is where the “Get what you pay
for” phrase takes precedence. If for any reason you had a
problem with
your PC, all you have to do is drop your PC off at our store. However,
if you cannot get to us, we can get to you! We will drive to your
residency and pick your computer up. If your computer is
covered
under warranty through us, then we will take care of you without
question. If any of our hardware should fail in our warranty period we
will replace the failing hardware at no
charge for labor or
parts. All of the technicians that work at CSmart Solutions
are
exactly that, Technicians, not salesman. None of us are here to sell
you what you do not need. We are here to help you, with your needs. We
will work with you and do whatever is necessary for you to walk out of
our store as a satisfied customer.

Q:Who works
on my computer and how many people work on it
A: When it
comes time for your computer to get up on the bench it will never be
more than one technician handling your service order. Once it is in the
hands of a technician that technician will work with your computer
until it is finished; you will then receive a call letting you know
that it is ready for you to pick it up. If you have a specific
technician in mind that you would like to work on your machine, that is
perfectly ok. We will make note of the technician on the service order
so that the technician specified will work on your PC.

Q: Can CSmart
teach me how to use my computer?
A: CSmart
does offer training periods on “how to use my pc”
for those who need
help with their new system. When the new system is built up and ready
to go out the door, all you have to do is set up a time with one of the
technicians to learn about your PC. Normally the training period will
take place when you come to pick up your PC, but you can schedule a
different time that will meet both our schedule, and yours. The
training period covers a variety of topics. You will learn how to use
the free software we put on the PC for security reasons, ranging how to
manage your profile and multi-user sessions.
